A quick and easy recipe for cherry cobbler made in an Instant Pot.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh or frozen cherries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Grease the Instant Pot insert.
- Combine cherries and sugar in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and milk.
- Add melted butter and vanilla extract to the flour mixture.
- Pour the cherry mixture into the pot.
- Pour the batter over the cherries.
- Close the lid and set to manual for 25 minutes.
- Allow to release pressure naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen cherries.
- Adjust sweetness based on cherry tartness.
- Can substitute butter with oil for a lighter version.
