Ingredients

- 1/4 cup soy sauce

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and ginger.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade and let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
