A classic homemade blueberry pie filled with fresh blueberries.

- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pie crust
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, combine blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
- Pour the blueberry mixture into the pie crust.
- Dot the filling with butter.
- Cover with a second pie crust and cut slits for steam to escape.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.

- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
