- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the orzo according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp turn pink.
- Stir in cooked orzo and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Remove from heat and fold in crumbled feta.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- You can add vegetables like spinach or tomatoes.
