Description

This is a classic beef stroganoff recipe inspired by Gordon Ramsay. It combines tender beef with a creamy mushroom sauce.


Ingredients

  • 500g beef fillet, sliced
  • 250g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200ml beef stock
  • 200ml sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and garlic, cook until soft.
  3. Add the mushrooms and sauté until browned.
  4. Increase heat and add the beef slices, cooking until browned.
  5. Stir in the beef stock and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add the Dijon mustard and sour cream, mix well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
