Description
This is a classic beef stroganoff recipe inspired by Gordon Ramsay. It combines tender beef with a creamy mushroom sauce.

- 500g beef fillet, sliced
- 250g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 200ml beef stock
- 200ml sour cream
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the onions and garlic, cook until soft.
- Add the mushrooms and sauté until browned.
- Increase heat and add the beef slices, cooking until browned.
- Stir in the beef stock and bring to a simmer.
- Add the Dijon mustard and sour cream, mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over noodles or rice, garnished with parsley.
Notes
- Use tender cuts of beef for best results.
- Adjust the thickness of the sauce with more or less stock.
- Serve immediately for best flavor.
