Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add shrimp to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are opaque and cooked through.
- Remove from grill and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh shrimp for best results.
- Adjust garlic according to your preference.
- Serve with a side of rice or salad.
