Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
- Add the steak to the hot skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and butter to the skillet.
- Stir until the butter melts and coats the steak, about 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with parsley.
