A delicious and easy French toast breakfast bake perfect for brunch.
Ingredients

- 1 loaf of brioche bread, cubed
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Place the cubed brioche bread in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread, pressing down to soak.
- Drizzle maple syrup on top.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with fresh berries and whipped cream.
- Can be made the night before and baked in the morning.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
