Description

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of brioche bread, cubed
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Place the cubed brioche bread in the dish.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the bread, pressing down to soak.
  6. Drizzle maple syrup on top.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
