- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a sheet of foil and spread a layer of tortilla chips.
- Top with black beans, jalapeños, and cheese.
- Drizzle salsa over the top.
- Fold the foil to create a packet.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Remove from oven and top with avocado and cilantro.
