Ingredients
- Flatbread – 1 large
- Tomato sauce – 1/2 cup
- Shredded mozzarella cheese – 1 cup
- Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
- Fresh basil – 1/4 cup
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush the flatbread with olive oil.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add fresh basil, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Remove from oven and slice.
