This easy one pot teriyaki noodles recipe combines delicious flavors in a single dish.

- 8 oz. noodles
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 cups vegetable broth
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in vegetable broth and teriyaki sauce, bring to a boil.
- Add noodles, stir, and cover.
- Cook for 10 minutes or until noodles are tender.
- Stir well and serve hot.

- Feel free to add protein like chicken or tofu.
- Adjust the sauce to your taste.
