A flavorful and spicy noodle dish packed with vegetables and protein.
Ingredients

- 8 oz. of noodles
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 cup of bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup of carrots, julienned
- 1 cup of broccoli florets
- 1 cup of cooked chicken, shredded
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of chili paste
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Add chicken, soy sauce, and chili paste. Mix well.
- Add cooked noodles and toss to combine.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less chili paste.
- You can use tofu instead of chicken for a vegetarian option.
- This dish can be served hot or cold.
