- 2 cups of diced cucumbers
- 1 cup of plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dice the cucumbers.
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, dill, lemon juice, and garlic.
- Add the diced cucumbers to the mixture.
- Mix well and add salt to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
