A flavorful Cuban dish featuring marinated chicken with a citrus garlic sauce.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix orange juice, lime juice, garlic, olive oil, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in a resealable bag and pour marinade over it.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Let chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For best results, marinate overnight.
- Serve with rice or plantains.
