- 6 croissants, torn into pieces
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add salt, pepper, and mix well.
- Place croissant pieces in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle diced ham and green onions over croissants.
- Pour the egg mixture over the croissants and ham.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- For a vegetarian option, omit the ham.
