Description

Tender and flavorful steak bites cooked in a crockpot.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season the steak bites with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sear the steak bites until browned on all sides.
  4. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Transfer the steak and onion mixture to the crockpot.
  6. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  8. Serve warm.
