- 100g shredded cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, cheese, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into small balls.
- Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
- Dip each ball in the egg and then roll in breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the balls until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot.
