- 4 large tortillas
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Slice each roll into pinwheels.
