Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
