- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
- Add garlic and mushrooms to the skillet, sauté until mushrooms are tender.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add heavy cream, thyme, and parsley. Stir well.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
