Ingredients

- 2 cups corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine corn, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
- Add red onion and bell pepper. Mix well.
- Stir in lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Add chopped cilantro and mix until combined.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
