Description

A refreshing salad featuring chicken, cranberries, pecans, and a sweet poppy seed dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cranberries, and pecans.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, poppy seeds, and honey.
