Description

A sweet and creamy treat that combines the flavors of cotton candy and fudge.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cotton candy flavoring
  • 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • Food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, and butter.
  2. Add milk and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and cotton candy flavoring.
  5. Add mini marshmallows and mix until melted.
  6. Stir in powdered sugar until smooth.
  7. If desired, add food coloring to achieve a pastel hue.
  8. Pour into a greased 8×8 inch pan and let cool.
  9. Once set, cut into squares and serve.
