Description

Colcannon potatoes are a traditional Irish dish made with mashed potatoes and leafy greens.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 cups kale or cabbage, chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the potatoes.
  2. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.
