These cinnamon sugar donut muffins are soft, fluffy, and coated in cinnamon sugar for a delightful treat.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, oil, and egg.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fill muffin tins about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Meanwhile, mix sugar and cinnamon for coating.
- Let muffins cool for a few minutes, then brush with melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Use muffin liners for easy removal.
