Description
Grilled chicken skewers marinated in chili and lime.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 lbs chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lime juice, chili powder, olive oil, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and coat well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from grill and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust chili powder to your heat preference.
- Serve with fresh cilantro for garnish.
- Great with a side of rice or salad.
