- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a skillet, combine chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, and thyme.
- Cook over medium heat until heated through.
- Roll out pie crust and place it over the chicken mixture in the skillet.
- Cut slits in the crust to allow steam to escape.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden brown.

- Use leftover chicken for quicker preparation.
- Feel free to add other vegetables as desired.
