Description

Creamy chicken alfredo dip served with crispy garlic bread chips.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (for bread)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan, mozzarella, green onions, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic.
  5. Slice the French bread into chips and brush with the garlic butter.
  6. Place the chips on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  7. Bake the dip for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  8. Serve the dip warm with garlic bread chips.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
  • Adjust garlic to taste.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
