Creamy chicken alfredo dip served with crispy garlic bread chips.

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 loaf of French bread
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (for bread)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan, mozzarella, green onions, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic.
- Slice the French bread into chips and brush with the garlic butter.
- Place the chips on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Bake the dip for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve the dip warm with garlic bread chips.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
- Adjust garlic to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
