Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, shredded coconut, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Fold in caramel sauce.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
