Description
Delicious cheeseburger pockets filled with beef and cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onions over medium heat until the beef is browned.
- Drain excess fat and stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the biscuit dough and cut into circles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese on each circle.
- Fold the dough over and seal the edges.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with additional ketchup and mustard.
- Can add pickles or other toppings as desired.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
