Description

Delicious cheeseburger pockets filled with beef and cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onions over medium heat until the beef is browned.
  3. Drain excess fat and stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roll out the biscuit dough and cut into circles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese on each circle.
  6. Fold the dough over and seal the edges.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • Serve with additional ketchup and mustard.
  • Can add pickles or other toppings as desired.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
