Description
A quick and healthy cauliflower rice skillet dish.
Ingredients

- 1 head cauliflower, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup peas
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add bell pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
- Stir in grated cauliflower and peas.
- Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm.

- Use fresh or frozen peas.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
