Ingredients

- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and cook until soft and caramelized, about 20 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add caramelized onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
- Stir until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

- Serve with chips or fresh vegetables.
- You can add herbs for extra flavor.
