Instructions
- Preheat your waffle maker.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- In a skillet, sauté apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice until tender.
- Pour batter into the waffle maker and add caramelized apples on top.
- Cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with syrup or whipped cream.
