Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, coat the chicken slices with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the seasoned chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  5. Add the bell pepper and sauté for a few minutes.
