Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup butter, softened for brushing
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, eggs, salt, and flour. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball in softened butter.
- Arrange the balls in a greased baking pan.
- Let the dough rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with remaining butter before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be served warm or at room temperature.
