Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a pot, boil Brussels sprouts for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain and set aside.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  5. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Combine Brussels sprouts with Alfredo sauce.
  10. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
