Description
Brussels sprouts in creamy Alfredo sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a pot, boil Brussels sprouts for 5 minutes.
- Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine Brussels sprouts with Alfredo sauce.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
- Try adding cooked chicken for extra protein.
