- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups broccoli florets

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add broccoli and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Stir in sautéed broccoli and cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set and golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
