- 2 cups broccoli florets

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then drain and cool.
- Spread the broccoli evenly in the pie crust.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the broccoli.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli and cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
