Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- Marinate the beef with black pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add beef and stir-fry until browned.
- Remove beef and set aside.
- Add bell pepper, onion, garlic, and ginger to the pan.
- Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Add beef back to the pan and stir to combine.
- Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice.
Notes
- Adjust black pepper to taste.
- For more heat, add chili flakes.
- Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
