Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef with black pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add beef and stir-fry until browned.
  4. Remove beef and set aside.
  5. Add bell pepper, onion, garlic, and ginger to the pan.
  6. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  7. Add beef back to the pan and stir to combine.
  8. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with rice.
