A flavorful and easy black bean dip for snacks or parties.
Ingredients

- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Use a fork or blender to mash and mix until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve with tortilla chips or vegetables.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
