A hearty breakfast casserole combining biscuits, gravy, and hashbrowns.
Ingredients

- 1 package refrigerated biscuits
- 2 cups hashbrowns, thawed
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned.
- Remove sausage and drain excess fat.
- In the same skillet, add flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly add milk while stirring until thickened.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- In a baking dish, layer hashbrowns, sausage, and biscuit pieces.
- Pour gravy over the top and sprinkle cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Use your favorite type of cheese.
- Make it ahead and refrigerate overnight.
- Adjust seasoning as desired.
