Ingredients

- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 pound sausage
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned.
- Remove sausage and drain excess fat.
- In the same skillet, whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Add milk slowly, stirring constantly until thickened.
- In a baking dish, cut biscuits into quarters and layer them evenly.
- Pour sausage over biscuits.
- Whisk eggs, salt, and pepper, then pour over the mixture.
- Pour gravy over the top and sprinkle cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
