- 1 pound beef tips
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add beef tips, cook until browned.
- Pour in beef broth and soy sauce.
- Add black pepper and salt, stir well.
- Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
- Drain noodles and combine with beef mixture.
- Serve hot.
