Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thin
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Marinate beef in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add marinated beef, cook until browned.
  5. Add broccoli and beef broth, stir to combine.
  6. Cook until broccoli is tender, about 5 minutes.
