  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, and salt.
  2. Dip shrimp in buttermilk, then coat with the flour mixture.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry shrimp until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and lime juice.
