Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cubed and chilled
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drizzle olive oil on cod fillets and season with salt and pepper.
