- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cubed and chilled

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Drizzle olive oil on cod fillets and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the fillets in a baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, combine white wine, orange juice, and orange zest over medium heat.
- Bring to a simmer and reduce by half.
- Whisk in chilled butter, one cube at a time, until the sauce is smooth.
- Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve cod with orange beurre blanc drizzled on top and garnish with parsley.
