- 4 slices of bacon
- 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- Layer half of the potato slices in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle half of the crumbled bacon over the potatoes.
- Add half of the cheese on top.
- Repeat the layers with remaining potatoes, bacon, and cheese.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients in the baking dish.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the eggs are set.
Notes
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Customize with your favorite vegetables.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days.
