- 8 oz pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup asiago cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach to the skillet.
- Pour in chicken broth and stir well.
- Add cooked pasta and asiago cheese. Mix until cheese melts.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
Notes
- Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
- Adjust the amount of sun-dried tomatoes to taste.
- For extra creaminess, add a splash of cream.
