A delicious and easy apple cinnamon French toast casserole perfect for breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients

- 6 cups of cubed bread
- 4 cups of milk
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup of diced apples
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
- Add the cubed bread and diced apples, mixing until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Drizzle maple syrup on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Can be prepared the night before.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
