- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup almond milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla, and mix well.
- Stir in baking soda and salt.
- Gradually add almond milk and mix until combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
